Lauren Kostoglanis, LMSW
Therapy, to me, is about honoring yourself as a whole person. It is about making space for what has been unspoken and moving gently, at your own pace, toward clarity and change.
As your therapist, my intention is to create a soft place for you to land. I work to create a space where you can arrive exactly as you are, with no need to perform, explain, or hold everything together.
Your therapeutic sessions with me will be both deeply reflective and notably practical. We will explore the layers of your inner world (the “why” beneath your thoughts, emotions, and patterns), while also building tools to support you in your day-to-day life.
My approach is strengths-based and person-centered—shaped by curiosity, collaboration, and a deep respect for our collective lived experience as humans, as well as our connection to source energy.
I am especially attuned to those who are holding a great deal, internally or externally. Together, we will create space for that weight. I will walk with you towards a lighter way of being.
